After dinner, the casino opened. This is always tough competition for any DJ, but we managed to pull away a few for the “Cupid Shuffle” 🙂 and a few other songs.

Portland Area Restaurant Employee Holiday Party

After some bingo and a gift exchange, the next two hours was devoted to karaoke and employees performed everything from classic hits and Country to Grease and 90’s R&B.

PRO DJs had the opportunity to perform at the holiday party for this company in 2019 and 2021 and the dance floor was packed again this year from start to finish as guests danced to everything from “September” and “Billie Jean” to “Uptown Funk” and “Cupid Shuffle.”

This was the third time PRO DJs performed for this company since 2019. We were warned in the past by the owner that electricians are boring and probably won’t dance much :). That wasn’t the case for a small group who had a great time dancing for about an hour non-stop. Even Santa joined in the fun.

Corporate Karaoke Party Revolution Hall Portland
PRO DJs had the opportunity to DJ the Dr Martens AirWair corporate karaoke party held at Revolution Hall (Showbar area) in Portland, Oregon on Saturday, February 26, 2022.
Guests began arriving for the Mardi Gras themed event at 5pm. After dinner and a raffle, additional prizes were available for the limbo and then dancing. I played a variety of hit songs from Michael Jackson to the “Cupid Shuffle”. This group really also enjoyed 90’s and 2000’s hip hop selections.
After about 30 minutes of dancing, we had our first karaoke performer with Kristin singing Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep”. From there, the gates opened and there were 10 more karaoke performances mixed in with the dance music.

The second weekend of December featured several Portland Vancouver corporate holiday parties.

We had the opportunity to perform at the holiday party for this company in 2019 and afterwards, they booked the next two with PRO DJs. Of course with the pandemic, the 2020 event was canceled, so guests were raring to go on the dance floor.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: “Rod was great and everyone really enjoyed the music all evening. In fact, I found the sole of a high heel left behind so someone was really cutting a rug out there. This company has gone through several name changes over the last 10 years, but PRO DJs remains a constant. It wasn’t as a big a crowd as previous events, but those who stayed for dancing had a great time.
Karaoke Party Grand Central Bowling Portland
PRO DJs had the opportunity to DJ the KinderCare Portland karaoke party held at Grand Central Restaurant & Bowling Lounge in Portland, Oregon on Thursday, January 16, 2020.
Not even 10 minutes into this event, employees were ready to go and Sean got us started with Taio Cruz’s 2010 hit “Dynamite.” Coni was next performing Britney Spears “Toxic” and then it was one after another for two straight hours singing classic karaoke songs originally done by Queen, Sugarhill Gang, Alanis Morisette, Drake and more.
The night ended with nearly everyone in attendance joining Nicole for Madonna’s “Like A Prayer.”
